1971-72 Len Chappel / 1972-73 Ansley Truitt ABA Dallas Chaparrals Worn Warm-Up Jacket

This jacket was worn during the 1971-72 season by Len Chappel. It was then relettered and reissued the following season to Ansley Truitt. Inside the front zipper is the “Rawlings” tag with size “44”. Attached is a wash instructions label. Across the front is “DALLAS”. On back is player name “TRUITT”. All these numbers and letters are done in red on navy tackle twill. There is a name change on back. Also on back is the team large logo embroidered in red, white and blue chain stitch. On the left sleeve is the “DALLAS ALL-AMERICAN CITY” patch. The warm-up jacket is properly tagged, was presented to us as worn and in our opinion, shows wear. Other than what is mentioned, there appear to be no further alterations of any kind.
